Achaogen has raised approximately $95 million to date in three rounds of venture capital from a group of experienced and highly successful life science investors, including 5 AM Ventures, Alta Partners, ARCH Venture Partners, Domain Associates, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, Venrock, and Versant Ventures.

In addition, Achaogen has received grants and contracts contributing up to $155 million to our scientific programs from a variety of sources, including BARDA, DARPA, DTRA, NIAID, USAMRIID, and the Wellcome Trust.

We continue to pursue additional non-dilutive financing opportunities and are committed to advancing our programs quickly and efficiently while securing a significant return on investment to our investors.
